class=\"has-bleu-light-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.89\">Le projet comprenait bureaux, salles de conf\u00e9rence, espaces communs, ascenseur, et zones de loisirs. Les travaux se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s dans un b\u00e2timent occup\u00e9, organis\u00e9s en six phases rigoureuses pour \u00e9viter toute interruption d\u2019activit\u00e9. La port\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tendue, incluant la r\u00e9fection du mur rideau, la r\u00e9novation de la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria et le remplacement du syst\u00e8me de chauffage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-bleu-light-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.89\">L\u2019approche LEED a guid\u00e9 le choix des mat\u00e9riaux et \u00e9quipements pour minimiser l\u2019impact environnemental.
