R\u00e9alis\u00e9 en conception-construction avec des intervenants municipaux, ce projet d\u2019envergure similaire \u00e0 celui d\u2019une patinoire ext\u00e9rieure a suivi une formule \u00ab cl\u00e9 en main \u00bb en mode Fast-Track, o\u00f9 fondations et structure avan\u00e7aient parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 la finalisation des plans architecturaux et class=\"has-bleu-light-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.89\">La gestion des risques a \u00e9t\u00e9 primordiale, notamment en raison des travaux en saison hivernale sur un plateau expos\u00e9 aux vents forts et basses temp\u00e9ratures du fleuve Saint-Laurent.
