Premi\u00e8re du genre sur l\u2019\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al, elle permet la pratique du hockey, du patinage libre et de la ringuette en hiver, puis se transforme en terrain multisport elle int\u00e8gre des panneaux solaires sur le toit, produisant environ 13 000 kWh par an, optimisant ainsi l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
