R\u00e9partis sur les six b\u00e2timents, les travaux \u00e9taient de natures tr\u00e8s diverses : construction d\u2019un nouveau pavillon d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la promenade commerciale, r\u00e9novation des marquises semi-couvertes, r\u00e9fection des escaliers et des murets de b\u00e9ton lat\u00e9raux, et remplacement de 133 000 pi\u00b2 de membrane de toit au-dessus du stationnement communes ainsi que la r\u00e9paration de tous les balcons et des stationnements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-bleu-light-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.89\">Tr\u00e8s satisfait de nos services, le client a mandat\u00e9 QMD une nouvelle fois, pendant la r\u00e9alisation des travaux, pour assurer la g\u00e9rance de nouvelles phases : le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des
